To achieve her clients’ needs, the company will follow an elaborate action plan that is cost effective and uncompromising on quality. The greatest strength of the company is its custom made product. This postulates that the company will serve a specific type of clients. Its major weakness is that it has not developed efficient and effective structures. Given the fact that the company still relies on the word of mouth, proper sales and marketing strategies will be designed that will take into consideration the current innovation in modern technology. The company has a viable opportunity in the fact that there is already a ready market for one of its existing projects. The one million dollar project that promises triple returns is a great opportunity for the company towards jumpstarting the process towards becoming the world’s number one rifle making company. The major threat, however, is that the plastic rifles being a relatively new project has the potential to sink down the company if at all it fails. Therefore, a thorough study of the viability of the project and the timeframe will be done and necessary adjustments made.
The aim of this plan is to take the company to the next level that will make it achieve the desired goals towards making it the world’s number one rifle making company. This is achievable.
