d. All sources of information must be properly cited, both in the body of the paper, and by inclusion in the list of “works cited” at the end of the paper. Your reference information should ideally be no more than THREE years old.
e. References must be written in APA 6th format
f. References should be recognized authorities in the healthcare field. Examples would include journal articles, web pages of medical centers, such as Mayo Clinic, or the CDC. Do not use Wikipedia or blogs.
g. The paper should be NO FEWER THAN five pages but NO MORE THAN seven pages (excluding title page and "Works Cited" page).
h. Papers should not include personal stories or commentary.
i. The paper should be double-spaced with a font size no larger than 12 and margins no larger than one inch.
