By learning effective leadership, one is able to understand that leadership is not ruling people and being followed but it concerns a massive commitment to the duties and also paying concern for others.
This course provides a very wonderful and detailed experience to people who anticipate for leadership but they are short of basic principles lead. The course outlines that determination to the task, courage and self-belief are key drivers to successful leadership which most of us look down.
The knowledge acquired from this course is necessary for self-evaluation as a leader. It will help in providing guidelines thoughts and directing my actions towards certain situations.
The new knowledge obtained from this course is helpful in my career because it plays a key role in advancing ones’ thinking from a low point to a point of high thinking therefore necessary to boost leadership careers.
Even though the course content is very critical and helpful to leaders, it is not that detailed so if more information could be provided to accompany the one available the course would be excellent. The speed at which the course met my needs is too fast. This is simply because the course contains less detailed but meaningful information that is easy to read and understand. The course is very helpful and the content is very clear but it needs to be evaluated and more details added into it.
